Namasiiel is the site of an ancient [[Rahsa|Runic Era]] [[Zikrus|City]]. The city was constructed under the protective shadow of the [[Teeth of Jiromne]] and is located within the [[Fireleaf Scar]] along the border of [[Kaltreed]] and [[Ephyrnee]]. Legends claim that is was constructed over a Leyline, greatly empowering magical effects.

It was rediscovered by the Necromancer [[Nezra]] who claimed it as her home, warding the site from teleportation and detection magics. She began raising the dead and granting them sentience. Aided by the power of the Leyline, it is believed that she could have created a massive army. [[The Council of Magic|The Council]] has sought the sites location for years after Nezra cut ties with them, but they have so far been unsuccessful in their search.
