Archangel of Estridae, Bridgit was born half angel, the daughter of Aesef and Olma Nightbreeze. She was taken from her parents and raised as a demon Basrek. She was kept in a state of torpor after Basrek was Chained. The torpor was broken when the Heroes of the Forgotten Light found her. She was taken in by them, and learned what it meant to be accepted as Human while hiding her "half demon" heritage. She sprouted black wings after a fight with Saba Enas that left Afanen dead. The group would end up giving her a backpack to help conceal the wings.

After Saba Enas successfully freed Basrek, she was forcefully taken by the Demon to help raise the Jewel of Estridae. To help free her, Afanen was given Bridgit's True Name by the Goddess of Light. When she spoke the name, Bridgit was freed from Basrek's domination and her angelic heritage took hold, fully transforming her into an Angel.

Bridgit chose to remain at the Jewel to serve as its protector as thanks for her freedom. When the elves of Tyr marched on the temple, Bridgit struck a deal with the Nezra, offering to share with her Divine magics in return for the protection of the Necromancer's army in Namasiiel, the City of Ghosts.
