Kiera Thicketshire
Kiera is a full blooded Tyran Elf, and talented Windshaper. Her parents are Naiyr and Incendia, a Blacksmith and Pyrokineticist respectively. Her parents expected that their daughter would have similar talent, and Kiera's innate affinity toward wind control came as a disappointment. They viewed the gift as a sign that she had not been blessed by Demüen, which significantly affects ones standing in Tyr. They did not have more children.
The lack of approval from her parents did not stop them from trying to train her to best fit their house and needs. She quickly caught on to smithing and metalwork, but could never shake the feeling that those around her wished she had found the favor of the Gods. Perhaps this sparked a fire in her, or perhaps Demüen had blessed her with fire all along. Determined to prove her own worth, Keira set out to on her own to be swept up in whatever Adventure found her.
Kiera is best described as sassy and a bit arrogant, which is often expected from an elf of Tyr. She is an instigator, happy to create minor mischief, and just as likely to try to pass off the blame. She can also be naive, the result of her youth.
Kiera is quick to make friends with others, and just as quick to decide whether the new friend is worth her while. She does not keep friends to further her own goals, preferring their company and accepting their flaws. She is especially drawn to adventure, and is always willing to try new things; the more risk the better.
