1. An individual who has been outcast from the Druidic Conclave for a great offense. They may never return to the lands of Resonn.

Meaning

For a druid of the Conclave, being named Plashen is one of the worst things that can happen to you. Druids marked with this title are no longer members of the Conclave. Their name is forgotten and removed from the records. Anything that they did of note, aside from their offense no longer has meaning. Once the sentence is given the druid must leave the lands of Resonn, permanently.
