Regarding D&D references: Do not use material that is under copyright or trademark. This includes copyright campaign settings, names, and other licensed published material.

Please refrain from using rules concepts that pertain directly to the d20 system. These are open under OGL(somewhat), but we have not explored the license yet and it would be best to refrain from it. Also, this is more about the world than the number behind it to some extent.
