The Thousand Eyes

Little is known about the physiology of The Thousand Eyes. Wizards who have traveled the planes and touched upon the Blazing Eternities claim that when it appears it fills the entirety of the sky and looks like a primordial ocher mud. From this sky wink eyes of all shapes, sizes, and colors. Its appearance exudes power and is quite unsettling even for the creatures of the Abyss. Most who bear witness to it usually go mad within days. The closest description given suggests that it bears some resemblance to a Gibbering Mouther.

Legend states that Balphurus created the Null Eye using 1000 eyes plucked from innocents. The other 1000 formed this terrifying creature that causes even the most fearless of Demons to tremble under its gaze.

The Thousand Eyes is believed to be a Demon Lieutenant of Balphurus.
