Fleetfoot Division 2 is a scouting unit for the Naltronian Empire military. Fleetfoot 2 is considered to be the place for all the "failures" that don't deserve to be in the regular army. Many who have tragic pasts, pose a danger, or just can't perform well often end up in this division.
