Meaning
Othar to use the term Upworlder to define any individual who has ventured down into the depths of Nighthaven from the surface. It should be noted that an Othar born on the surface is not considered an Upworlder. Only foreign humanoids (ie. Humans, Orcs, Ephryn, etc...)
