Nyso
Summary
To be revealed.
Appearance
Nyso is a rather tall looking humanoid with brown robes. His robe has a hood covering the majority of his brown hair, but the the light on his face shows a young but mildly scarred face. Over his pale white skin a few lengthy scars can be seen around his face, one of which circle his left eye. Those eyes are a deep forest green that sit atop the smooth and well toned face. He isn't particularly clean, with smudges of dirt all around his face and clothes. He seems to have no significant possessions but a walking stick, the brown robes, and a few very light sacks tied to his waist with a simple robe.

Guard Duty in Gildale
Nyso is unique among the guards in Gildale in that he doesn't wear the standard armor or use the standard short sword. He has always walked around with brown hooded robes with the guard insignia laid out on in front, with just a wooden oak quarterstaff, a bolas or two, and a bag of wooden oak shurikens. In fact, little is known about Nyso other that he shows up for work duty, enjoys assignments in the woods out of the city, and seems to be mortally afraid of good looking women. He is fast, athletic, and agile but has never shown much aptitude for anything supernatural.
That is until the eve of the necrotic elemental that encroached on Gildale. Throughout the investigation of the flaming bunny rabbits, or seeking out the hermetic magic hermit the only skills Nyso had shown were the ability to catch falling gnomes and mock naked wizards crossing a river. Nyso knew he was outclassed when the supernatural being came into town. The guards of Gildale would have trouble with troupe of goblins... but a supernatural creature capable of evaporating the organic matter around it seemed a bit too much. Requiring the aid of the seasoned adventurers that passed through the town recently to even have a chance, they waited several days for their return. Unable to wait any longer, the guards had no choice of attempting to at least delay the creature and charged in with all the magic aid from the town as they could muster up.
While they clashed with the being, something seemed to change inside Nyso's mind. He dropped his wooden shurikens and put his hands up with extended arms to fire white darts of energy with a wispy black outline at the creature. Of course, the creature still by far overpowered Nyso and the rest of the guard, and Nyso fell ill to some of its powerful poisons and collapsed as the adventurers had returned in the nick of time to save them. As Nyso laid unconscious on the victorious battlefield his hands began to glow with the same light of the darts he had fired before. A white light with a wispy, possibly shadowy black outline emiting a soft, warm, inspiring light a few feet from him emanating from his hands.
